These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with the other documents referenced and linked below (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Allied Health Clinic (collectively, “we,” “our,” and “us”) regarding your rights and responsibilities as a user (“User”) of the alliedhealthclinic.ca (“Site”). In this Agreement, the terms “you” and “your” refer to a User.
Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement. Please review these Terms carefully. You should also read our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you do not agree with some or all of these terms, do not access or use the Site.
- Use and Accuracy of InformationThe Site is provided for general information only. Although we use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information or data provided on the Site.
- Medical InformationThe Site is intended to provide information about Allied Health Clinic and to allow you to book appointments, either in-person or online, with healthcare professionals. No content on the Site is intended to convey medical advice. Please consult a medical professional for advice on any medical issue. - SurvivalProvisions related to limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive the termination of this Agreement.
- Non-AssignmentThis Agreement is between you and us and is not assignable without our express written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent.
- Force MajeureWe are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or labor disputes.
- Entire AgreementThis Agreement, along with the documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
